Everyday wellbeing will give you habit changing strategies and simple tools that will help you make a difference in the long haul. So that life feels good, every day.

Who is Everyday Wellbeing for?

If you are tired of the gurus giving you the theory about what’s wrong with your life but not providing practical steps that you can manage in your real life
If you want something to change
If the words stress, anxiety and burnout are all too familiar
If the feeling of overwhelm just won’t go away
If you’re sick of staying stuck and taking one step forward and then two steps back
If you feel like your wellbeing is unmanageable
If you want to have autonomy over your own growth

this course is for you.

"Everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being."

Greg Anderson

Throughout my life I have recognised that I need to make changes to improve my overall wellbeing. So many of my clients also recognise that they are not satisfied and so I wanted to create a course that equipped people like you and me to take a holistic approach to improving wellbeing.

The pressures to be productive and the amount of things we are trying to get done means that most people struggle with a sense of wellbeing. I hope this course equips you to make powerful changes that will change your life one step at a time.

Sometimes we can get stuck in the trap of not doing anything when the journey looks overwhelming but this course unpacks the art of habit stacking and focuses on making incremental changes. Bit by bit.
